My name is Tracy Kingston and I am the owner of this second generation flower shop that my mother Kay Stanton began in 1976.  I have worked here since day one and now my staff and I carry on the tradition of fabulous flowers and superior service that have always been the focus of KAY'S.

You can be assured that your gift of flowers will be delivered promptly to Corunna, Sarnia and the surrounding communities.

We are available to serve you by phone or in person Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. 

To enjoy time with our families, we are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. 

For the upcoming year statutory holidays include: Christmas & Boxing Day (Dec. 26 & 27, 2011); New Year's Day (Jan.2, 2012); Family Day (Feb. 20, 2012 ); Good Friday (Apr. 6, 2012); Canada Day (July 2, 2012); Civic Holiday (Aug. 6,2012); Labour Day (Sept. 3, 2012);and Thanksgiving (Oct. 8, 2012).

SUMMER HOURS:  Open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00  Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. from July 3 - Sept. 4, 2012    We be closed July 1 & 2, 2012 for Canada Day.

To assure same day delivery, your order must reach us by 12 noon the day of delivery.  For major floral holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, your order must reach us by 11:00 for same day delivery.

It is best to order a day or two in advance of the delivery day so we can be sure the item you are requesting will be in stock.

A minimum delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. Delivery fee varies according to delivery address.

Orders must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times, but we cannot guarantee it.

Deliveries requested on Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

We need the complete name, address and phone number of the recipient for delivery.

We are only able to accept international orders by phone.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Information We Collect

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
